We are 2 easy miles from both the CT Turnpike (I-95) and the Merritt (Rte 15). Both intersect with Rt 33. Hours: Wed-Fri 11-2; Sat 11-4; Sun 11-3, or by appointment. Zax was attracted to a variety of art from a very young age. With a keen eye for color, composition and interplay of images and the ideas they conjure, Zax brings together more than one dimension into the same work of art. The artist uses in some of his work popular icons and the concepts and ideas they bring up in our mind. Whether it is Love and a heart, Marilyn Monroe,  the star-spangled banner and the statue of liberty, the peace sign and love, frosted flakes,  the free flowing design and color composition is harmonious and superbly coherent and set against a 3-D fantasia splash of color.
