Christian Neel was born in Cannes 1960. Fascinated by drawing and painting, he studied at the Decorative Arts in Nice. The brightness of his home region became the basis of his inspiration. As a soaring chromatic, the artist uses bright and dynamic colors that mixes directly onto the canvas using brushes and knives. His black, red, blue and white background brings intensity to his expression. The material grows in an amazing supernatural atmosphere, giving a unique energy to his art, where inventiveness and sense of color harmony bind to the creative power. Combination of figurative and abstractive forms and colors, the painting of Christian Neel is a journey between dream and reality: a springboard for the imagination.
