Corinne Vilcaz is a French artist with an imagination free of the constraints of modern classical form. Her works are often comprised of vibrant colors contrasted against a heavy use of palette knife. Instead of having a focus on the representation of actual shapes, Vilcaz emphasizes the importance of color in bringing forth the true form of art. Working in the Batch & Garonne region of France, Vilcaz takes her inspiration largely from her surroundings.
