All real on canvas, thanks to French artist Michel Guyon, Theatrics of the vibrant genre of entertainment art is embodied by the artistic works of French artist Michel Guyon, born 1947. In the late 1960s Guyon studied at the Beaux Art School in Nantes, France. With Guyon’s passion for music, opera and painting, the artist also gained experience in theatrical productions. He began creating theater set décor, costumes and posters. Working with Mr. Baty, Michel discovered the drawings of Paul Dauce and Joel Dabin. Guyon worked with them on theater set décor. In the 1970s, Guyon worked on the set décor of several lyrical spectacles, including Figaro, The Magic Flute, Don Giovanni, Carmen, Faust, & others.
