Jean-Claude Duteil is comfortable with subjects ranging from Normandy to Venice, and each is a delightful mix of soft colors, dramatic clouds, sky and waterways. French Impressionist Jean-Claude Duteil was born on the banks of Seine in 1950 to a family very much involved in the arts.
