We are 2 easy miles from both the CT Turnpike (I-95) and the Merritt (Rte 15). Both intersect with Rt 33. Hours: Wed-Fri 11-2; Sat 11-4; Sun 11-3, or by appointment. Pissarro Les Rhododendroms Serigraph

Les Rhododendrons, 22x29, Claude PissarroOne serigraph left from Hugues Claude Pissarro, father of lelia Pissaro, grandson of the Impressionist painter Camille Pissarro and son of Paulemile Pissarro. "Les Rhododendroms" is a limited edition (425 made), hand signd serigraph. Born in Neuilly-sur-Seine and enveloped in an artistic environment, H. Claude Pissarro spent his childhood and youth with art. Carrying on a family tradition established by Camille Pissarro, his father frequently took Hugues on painting excursions, accompanied by his artist friends, and these proved formative for him. Initially taught by his father, Pissarro first exhibited his work at 14. He subsequently studied art in Paris at prestigious establishments such as Ecole du Musée du Louvre. His daughter is Lelia Pissarro.
