We are 2 easy miles from both the CT Turnpike (I-95) and the Merritt (Rte 15). Both intersect with Rt 33. Hours: Wed-Fri 11-2; Sat 11-4; Sun 11-3, or by appointment. Hawkins' New English Country Scenes

Cottage Flowers, Stephen Hawkins, 8x10, Westport River Gallery, ConnecticutNew work are now available at the Westport River Gallery by British Artist Stephen Hawkins, a master of inviting country scenes. As a child, Stephen combined an enthusiasm for horses with a love of drawing. He soon displayed a natural artistic ability which led him to produce equestrian and countryside paintings using a variety of medium. 

Since moving to Sussex years ago, Stephen has concentrated on oil paintings, mainly of the South Downs region. These capture the subtle changes of light and shade throughout the seasons. To see other available works at the Westport River Gallery, click here.
